Barbera d'Alba (Piedmont) The wine shows a beautiful aspect and a ruby red color with nuances of purplish red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense aromas and good personality, mainly of fruit, such as raspberry, blackberry and plum followed by elegant and interesting aromas of coffee, chamomile, chocolate and hints of toasted. In the mouth the Barbera express its typicality with a crisp attack, however well balanced by tannins and alcohol. Good correspondence to the nose and good intensity of flavors. The finish is persistent with pleasing hints of plum and raspberry as well as chamomile. This wine is produced with maceration of skins for 14 days followed by an aging in cask for about one year.

Alcohol: 13%

Roasted meat, Broiled meat and barbecue, Hard cheese

Dolcetto d'Alba (Piedmont) The wine has a beautiful soft ruby red color with evident nuances of purplish red, moderate transparency. At the nose are perceived fruit aromas of black cherry, blackberry as well as hints of violet, not very rich however well defined and clean. The attack in mouth is crisp however follows good tannins perfectly balanced by alcohol. The taste is intense and persistent with a finish of black cherry and hints of crispness. This Dolcetto is produced with fermentation of the must in steel tanks and a maceration of skins for 14 days.

Alcohol: 13%

Sauteed meat, Stuffed pasta, Soft cheese

Dolcetto d'Alba (Piedmont) The wine shows a beautiful ruby red color, moderate transparency. The olfactory evaluation reveals an evident hint of wood which does not cover other good aroma, mainly of black cherry and violet. Moreover there can be perceived aromas of cocoa and vanilla. The mouth has intense flavors of black cherry. The wine has good body and is balanced, tannins are however well balanced by alcohol. The finish is persistent with evident and pleasing hints of black cherry and vanilla. This wine is produced with fermentation of must in steel tanks and a maceration is skins for 14 days. Before being bottled it is aged in barrique for about one year.
