The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of black cherry and plum followed by aromas of blackberry, blueberry, violet, carob and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry. This Brindisi Rosso ages for 6 months in barrique.

Roasted meat, Stewed and braised meat, Hard cheese

The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry and blackberry. Canonico ages for 4 months in barrique.

A well made wine. This Primitivo ages for 4 months in barrique.

The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry. A well made wine. This Salice Salentino ages for 12 months in barrique followed by at least 4 months of aging in bottle.
