The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of cherry, raspberry and violet followed by aromas of plum, blueberry, tobacco, carob, cinnamon and hints of vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum. Barbera del Monferrato Podej ages for 12 months in cask.

Monferrato Bianco An Piota ages for 4 months in steel tanks.
