(Veneto) Cabernet shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, black currant and bell pepper followed by aromas of blueberry, dried violet, black cherry and raspberry. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black currant and blueberry. Cabernet ages for 12 months in cement tanks followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.
