Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black currant, black cherry and violet followed by aromas of plum, blueberry, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, iris and eucalyptus.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of black currant, black cherry and plum.

10 months in barrique.


Alcohol: 14%

Roasted meat, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Hard cheese

Brilliant greenish yellow and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of apple, peach and lemon followed by aromas of pear, broom, pineapple and mineral.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, peach and lemon.

6 months in steel tanks. A small part ages for 3 months in barrique.


Alcohol: 12.5%

Fish and crustacean appetizers, Risotto with crustaceans and vegetable, Eggs, Dairy products

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of black currant, black cherry and blueberry.

6 months in cement tanks, 6 months in bottle.
