The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of black cherry, plum and blueberry followed by aromas of black currant, violet and carob. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blueberry. Orcia Rosso Leone Rosso ages in steel tanks.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black cherry and raspberry. This Rosso di Montalcino ages for 12 months in cask.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of raisin, dried fig and almond followed by aromas of peach jam, walnut husk, honey, date, vanilla and citrus fruit peel. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of raisin, dried fig and honey. Vin Santo del Chianti ages for about 6 years in "caratelli" barrels.
