Brilliant amber yellow and nuances of amber yellow, transparent. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of raisin, peach jam and dried apricot followed by aromas of quince jam, pear jam, candied fruits, citrus fruit peel, honey, almond, vanilla and nail polish. Sweet and round attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. Persistent finish with flavors of raisin, peach jam and dried apricot. 14 months in cask, 12 months in bottle.

Deep ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, blueberry and raspberry followed by aromas of violet, cyclamen, plum, tobacco and hints of vanilla. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, blueberry and raspberry. Aged in cask and steel tanks.
