Very pale pink, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of raspberry, juniper, orange, cardamom, sage and ginger with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good roundness, pleasing sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of raspberry, juniper and ginger.
Distillate of alcohol, juniper and other added essences.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of plum, black cherry, violet, raspberry, blueberry, hazelnut and honey with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and raspberry.
Bain-marie batch distillation.
