Colorless, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of pear, cherry, banana, peach, apple, raspberry, strawberry, plum and hazelnut with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors, with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of pear, cherry, banana and peach.
Batch distillation in alembic still.
