Limpid, colorless and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of cherry, raspberry, plum, blackberry, violet and hazelnut with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.
Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum.
Distilled in bain-marie batch alembic still.
