Pale amber yellow, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of cherry, plum, dried violet, raspberry, hazelnut, chocolate, honey, vanilla and licorice with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, balanced roundness.
Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and honey.
Distilled in steam operated alembic still.
