Limpid, colorless and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of juniper, pink pepper, angelica, lemon peel rosemary, orange peel, oregano, coriander, laurel and lesser calamint with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, agreeable.
Very persistent finish with long flavors of juniper, pink pepper and lesser calamint.
Distilled in batch alembic still.
