This grappa shows a pale amber yellow color, crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas of candied fruits, raisin, vanilla, hazelnut, date, dried fig, dried apricot, honey and tobacco, with imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors, perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of raisin, candied fruits, dried apricot and hazelnut. A well made grappa produced with a discontinuous alembic still operating at low pressure. It ages for 10 years in oak casks.
