Piedmont This grappa is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of cherry, plum, violet, raspberry, hazelnut and honey, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors, with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, balanced sweetness, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, plum and raspberry. This grappa is made with a discontinuous steam operated alembic still.
