Limpid, colorless and crystalline.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of black cherry, raspberry, plum, black currant, hazelnut and hay, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors and perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, raspberry, black currant and hazelnut.

Distilled in steam operated batch alembic still.
