Colorless, limpid and crystalline.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of juniper, pine, mint, gentiana, achillea and violet, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, dry, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of juniper, pine, mint and gentiana.

Simple distillation in batch distiller.
