 Brilliant amber yellow, limpid and crystalline.
 Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of plum, cherry, raspberry, violet, vanilla, tobacco, chocolate, honey, date and hazelnut with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
 Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.
 Very persistent finish with long flavors of plum, cherry, honey and date.
 Batch distillation in bain-marie alembic. Aged for more than 6 years in casks.

Grappa di eleganza straordinaria, affascina per i suoi profumi e il sapore che gioca tutto sulla morbidezza e l'equilibrio. Fico secco, caramello, cioccolato e pralina sono i riconoscimenti principali in un naso di grandissima pulizia.
Distillato da meditazione che sicuramente corona degnamente anche il fine pasto.
