Veneto This grappa is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas of pear, banana, apple, peach and wistaria, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. The mouth is intense with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, good roundness and pleasing sweet hint. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and peach, slight sweet hint. This grappa is produced with discontinuous steam operated alembic still.
