Trentino This grappa is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas of grape, rose, strawberry, cherry, raspberry and cyclamen with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense and pleasing flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing smoothness. The finish is persistent with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and grape. This grappa is distilled with a discontinuous bainmarie alembic still.

Alcohol: 40% 12 °C

Trentino This grappa is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas of black cherry, plum, raspberry, hazelnut, licorice and violet with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors, perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and raspberry. This grappa is distilled with a discontinuous bainmarie alembic still.

Trentino This grappa shows an intense amber yellow color, limpid and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas of dried fig, tobacco, licorice, vanilla, prune, hazelnut, honey, blackberry jam, black cherry jam and cocoa with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors, perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness, agreeable. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of hazelnut, prune and honey. A well made grappa distilled with a discontinuous bainmarie alembic still and aged in cask.
