Distillate
Citadelle Gin is colorless and crystalline. The reveals intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas of juniper, orange peel, coriander, cardamom,
star anise, violet, nutmeg, lemon peel and licorice, with almost
imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth has intense flavors and a dry
taste, pleasing roundness, perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to
dissolve rapidly, very agreeable. The finish is very persistent with long
flavors of juniper, star anise and licorice.
