Pomace of Curtefranca
Grappa
Grappa di Curtefranca is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose
reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas of apple, plum, hawthorn,
hazelnut, pear and licorice, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In
the mouth has intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends
to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, pear and hazelnut. This grappa is
produced with a steam operated alembic still.

Fruit Distillate
Brilliant golden yellow, limpid and crystalline.
Clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of apple, beeswax, vanilla, honey and hazelnut, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of apple, honey and hazelnut.
Distilled in a batch bain-marie alembic still. Aged for 5 years in barrique.
