Intense straw yellow and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, pear and citrus fruits followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom, plum and peach.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, pear and citrus fruits.

4 months in steel tanks, at least 2 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Pasta and risotto with fish, Fried fish, Sauteed fish, Sauteed white meat, Dairy products
