This Prosecco shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and greenish yellow
nuances, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals
clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of peach and acacia
followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom, wistaria, apple, pear and hints of
litchi. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent
and crisp attack with slight and pleasing sweetness, however balanced,
delicate, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors
of pear, apple and peach. This Prosecco Cartizze is produced with the
Martinotti method.
