Score: ✧✧✧ |
This Prosecco shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear and peach
followed by aromas of acacia, pineapple, apple, broom and hints of litchi.
In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent
attack, however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish
is persistent with flavors of peach, pear and litchi. This Prosecco is
produced with the Martinotti method.
