The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals
clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, acacia and pear
followed by aromas of broom, pineapple and peach. In the mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however well
balanced, delicate, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors
of pear, peach and apple. This Prosecco is produced with the Martinotti
method.
