Red Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This wine shows an intense ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, little
transparency. The nose denotes intense clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of plum, black cherry and blackberry followed by
aromas of blueberry, dried violet, vanilla, licorice, tobacco, cinnamon and
cocoa. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic
attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, good
tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black cherry and
blueberry. A well made wine. Tuvara ages in barrique for 16-18 months
followed by 10-12 months of aging in bottle. |
