The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of hawthorn and pear followed by aromas of apple, acacia, banana, grapefruit and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and banana. This wine ages in steel tanks for about 4 months followed by 3 months of aging in bottle.
