Bianco Speziale shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing
aromas that start with hints of apple, plum and pear followed by aromas of
almond, broom and hawthorn. In the mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp attack and pleasing smoothness, however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of pear and apple. This wine ages for 8 months in steel tanks
followed by 12 months of aging in bottle.
