This wine shows a brilliant amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow, transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of dried fig and dried apricot followed by aromas of raisin, candied fruit, peach jam, almond, quince, honey, citrus fruits peel, toasted, vanilla and hints of enamel. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and smooth attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of raisin, dried apricot and honey. A well made wine. Vola-Vola ages in cask.
