This wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of golden
yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes
clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, hawthorn
and bread crust followed by aromas of yeast, banana, pineapple, lemon
balm, hazelnut and praline. In the mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced, good body, intense
flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, plum and
pineapple. This Franciacorta ages on its lees for 24 months.
