This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of banana, acacia and yeast followed by aromas of pineapple, bread crust, butter, jasmine, litchi, hazelnut and pear. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however balances by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pineapple, pear and banana. A well made sparkling wine. This millesimé ages in bottle on its lees for at least 5 years.
