This Brachetto Passito shows a pale ruby red color and nuances of cherry pink, transparent. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of rose and strawberry jam followed by aromas of raspberry, geranium, cherry, cinnamon, blueberry, grape and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and smooth attack, pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. A well made wine. Pian dei Sogni ferments and ages in cask.
