This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach, pear and almond followed by aromas of pineapple, apple, hawthorn, broom and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pear and almond. The Sauvignon Blanc ages for 3 months in barrique. The wine ages for 2 months in bottle.
