The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of peach and elder followed by aromas
of pineapple, gooseberry, pear, litchi and bell pepper. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of
pineapple, pear and peach. This Sauvignon Blanc ages in steel tanks for 5
months.
