This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear, apple and peach followed by aromas of broom, pineapple and hawthorn. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of pear, apple and peach. This Bianco di Custoza ages in steel tanks for 5 months.
