(Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach, pear and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, pineapple, acacia, broom and apple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, pineapple and apple. This Pinot Blanc ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Fried fish, Pasta and risotto with fish and crustaceans, Legumes soups
