(Friuli-Venezia Giulia) This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by aromas of acacia, broom, pineapple and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and plum. This Pinot Gris ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13%

Fish and vegetables soups, Broiled fish, Stuffed pasta with mushrooms
