This wine shows a brilliant onion skin pink and nuances of onion skin pink, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of raspberry, cherry and bread crust followed by aromas of yeast, tangerine, apple, pear and peach. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, pleasing roundness, however balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry and cherry. This Talento ages in bottle on its lees for 24 months.
