The wine shows a deep ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, impenetrable. The nose reveals great personality with elegant, clean, intense and refined aromas of cocoa, black cherry jam, strawberry jam, blackberry jam, enamel, dried violet and vanilla. In the mouth denotes an alcoholic and tannic attack however well balanced and an excellent correspondence to the nose. Full body and very intense flavors. The finish is very persistent with long and pleasing flavors of blackberry jam and strawberry. A great wine. Excellent even when enjoyed alone. This Recioto is produced with grapes dried for 4 months and is aged in cask for 2 years and for 6 months in bottle.
