This wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of pear, apple and hawthorn followed by aromas of pineapple, peach, plum and almond. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and almond. This Ribolla Gialla ages for at least 6 months in steel tanks and for at least one month in bottle.
