(Sicily) The wine shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow,. very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of pear and apple followed by aromas of broom, hawthorn, almond and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, apple and almond. This Grecanico ages for 6 months in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%

Fried fish, Pasta and risotto with fish, Sauteed fish
