The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of peach and pear followed by aromas of broom, apple, hawthorn, almond and pineapple. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, pear and almond. This wine ages for at least 4 months in steel tanks followed by at least 2 months of aging in bottle.
