This wine shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of toasted, banana and apple followed by aromas of hawthorn, plum, vanilla, coffee and flint. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and banana. This wine ages for 12 months in cask followed by 6 months of aging in steel tanks.
