Sauvignon 2005
(Latium)
Sauvignon Blanc
|
White Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas that start with hints of peach, pineapple and elder followed
by aromas of lemon, litchi, pear, apple and hawthorn. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable crispness. The finish is persistent
with flavors of peach, pineapple and pear. This Sauvignon Blanc ages in
steel tanks.
