Chardonnay (65%), Pinot Nero (30%), Pinot Bianco (5%)

Sparkling Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints
of bread crust, yeast and grapefruit followed by aromas of pineapple,
banana, hawthorn, mineral, hazelnut, apple and plum. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent
with flavors of plum, grapefruit and pineapple. Cuvée Imperiale Pas Dosé
is produced with the classic method and ages in bottle on its lees for at
least 18 months.
