Moscato di Siracusa (Sicily) Moscato di Siracusa Pollio shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of grape, peach and candied sugar followed by aromas of candied fruits, apple, litchi, citrus fruits, hawthorn, pear, honey, sage and rosemary. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet attack and pleasing smoothness, however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, peach, litchi and honey. This wine ages in steel tanks.
