This Soave shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by aromas of almond, peach, chamomile, broom, pineapple and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and plum. Soave Monte Fiorentine ages in steel tanks.
