Kados 2005
(Sicily)
Kados shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of pear and pineapple followed by
aromas of hawthorn, almond, peach and vanilla. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with
flavors of pear, apple and peach. Kados ferments in barrique and ages in
cement tanks.
