(Latium)
Sémillon (80%), Sauvignon Blanc (20%)

Sweet Wine |
Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
The wine shows an intense amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow,
transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
which start with hints of dried apricot, date and raisin followed by aromas
of peach jam, honey, quince jam, dried fig and almond. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a sweet and round attack, however balanced by
alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors
of raisin, dried apricot and honey. Muffa Nobile is produced with grapes
completely affected by Botrytis Cinerea.
