The wine shows a pale golden yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and hawthorn followed by aromas of peach, pineapple, lemon and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and pineapple. Part of this Collio Pinot Grigio ages for 2 months in barrique, whereas the remaining part ages for 4 months in steel tanks.
